El BLACKROLL® BACK BOX reúne 4 herramientas diseñadas específicamente para trabajar dolor y tensión de espalda: el MED (rodillo de espuma blanda de 30 cm), el BALL 12 (pelota de fascia de 12 cm de diámetro), el TRIGGER (herramienta con mango para puntos gatillo) y la SUPER BAND (banda elástica de 104 cm para fortalecimiento).
Cada pieza cumple una función distinta dentro de la misma rutina: el MED trabaja la fascia general de la zona dorsal y lumbar con una dureza más suave que el STANDARD (la espalda no tolera la presión máxima), el BALL 12 permite trabajar puntos focales contra el suelo o la pared, el TRIGGER aplica presión sostenida sobre puntos gatillo específicos, y la SUPER BAND suma ejercicios de fortalecimiento postural.
El kit incluye además acceso a un programa de entrenamiento online con ejercicios de regeneración, movilización y fortalecimiento, para que sepas en qué orden usar cada herramienta.
